Access to Pebble Cottage is usually from 4pm to allow time for the property to be cleaned ready for your arrival.
Bed linen is provided but towels are NOT supplied, please bring your own.
The contents of Pebble Cottage are insured but your personal belongings are not. If this is required please make your own arrangements.
Pebble Cottage must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please note that Pebble Cottage is a non smoking property; and that no pets are allowed.
We do not accept bookings from all female or all male parties comprising more than 3 people, or groups of single persons under the age of 25.
We will also require a separate £50.00 security deposit for each week in case of damage. We will, of course, return this cheque to you should there be no problems with fixtures and fittings or a need for extra cleaning at the conclusion of your holiday.
Baby sitting can be arranged in advance if required. Please let us know at time of booking.
Under no circumstances will keys be provided until all monies are paid, including security deposit.

Booking dates & prices 2012
Please email or ring us if you would like to book a week in 2012; do bear in mind that our weeks run from Friday-Friday; and that we already have many weeks booked, so we may not be able to accommodate your chosen dates. If we are booked for the dates you require please contact us anyway; as we have friends in Shaldon who also have holiday accommodation and they may have the dates available that you are looking for. Our friends also have a cottage that accepts pets (we do not) so we would be more than happy to pass on your details to them should you wish to bring your pet with you.
