Prices & Booking

Access to Pebble Cottage is usually from 4pm to allow time for the property to be cleaned ready for your arrival.

Bed linen is provided but towels are NOT supplied, please bring your own.

The contents of Pebble Cottage are insured but your personal belongings are not. If this is required please make your own arrangements.

Pebble Cottage must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

25% of rental cost is required with booking which is a non-refundable deposit. Balance required strictly 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If the booking is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rental value will be required.

We do not accept bookings from all female or all male parties comprising more than 3 people, or groups of single persons under the age of 25.

We will also require a separate £50.00 security deposit for each week in case of damage. We will, of course, return this cheque to you should there be no problems with fixtures and fittings or a need for extra cleaning at the conclusion of your holiday.

Please note there may be temporary extra parking restrictions in place during 2010 in Shaldon because of the flood defence work that is being carried out.

Under no circumstances will keys be provided until all monies are paid, including security deposit.

If we are booked for the dates you require please contact us anyway; as we have friends in Shaldon who also have holiday accommodation and they may have the dates available that you are looking for.
